Contemporary dance is a combination of styles, including ballet, modern, lyrical and jazz. Which then creates a mixture of soft, sharpe and fluid actions. This genre allows the dancer to be expressive through the movement and tell a story. This class focuses on improving the technique and performance of a dancer, whilst exploring new movements and learning choreography to help each individual.
